Owners Luis and Yolanda Valdez would like to welcome you to Valdez Mexican Grill. Luis and Yolanda Valdez began their culinary career in Lodi, California 30 years ago and have been in business every since. Their numerous years of expertise has allowed them to serve countless satisfied customers. In 1999, The Valdez family decided to move to Mohave Valley, Arizona and they opened Fiesta Mexicana, a Mexican restaurant. Fiesta Mexicana was an instant success. Well known throughout the community for having the best Mexican food in the area, Valdez Mexican Grill opened its doors in early 2016.
